1. Introduction

Welcome to Tywod Web Designs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Offered

We provide website design, development, SEO consultancy, hosting, and maintenance solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Scope and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in GBP and subject to VAT if applicable.
• Design packages require a 50% deposit upfront; the remainder is due upon completion before launch.
• Ongoing maintenance is billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• You warrant that all materials you supply are owned by you or properly licensed for use.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, graphics, and layouts created by Tywod Web Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership will be transferred to the client, excluding open-source components and third-party plugins.

6. Revisions & Support

Design packages include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional changes may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Ongoing support and updates are covered based on the chosen maintenance plan.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a project prior to its commencement for a full refund. Once design or development work has begun, refunds are at our discretion based on work completed. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tywod Web Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use your website. We strive for reliable, secure service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or protection from all threats.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website announcements.
